SHIPPING POLICY
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery £3.95. All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Under 2kg) or Interlink Express (Over 2kg). Royal Mail can sometimes take 2-3 working days to deliver, Interlink Express is a Next Working Day Delivery service. Priority Delivery is available at a cost of £6.95 - If placed before 3pm Monday - Friday your order will be processed immediately and will arrive on the following working day. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday the very same day.
Next Working Day Delivery is FREE on orders over £65
European Delivery (including Ireland)
Standard Delivery is £9.99. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For (under 5kg) and Interlink Express (over 5kg). Royal Mail can take between 3-10 working days to deliver, Interlink Express usually takes between 2-5 working days depending on your location. Larger orders and certain items may be subject to extra delivery charges, in this case we will contact you with our best possible delivery quote. If the quote is deemed to be too expensive you may cancel your order at any time.
Outside Europe International Delivery
Standard Delivery is £14.99. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed For. Royal Mail can take between 3-10 working days to deliver depending on your location. Larger orders and certain items may be subject to extra delivery charges, in this case we will contact you with our best possible delivery quote. If the quote is deemed to be too expensive you may cancel your order at any time.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. New merchandise (not washed,worn, opened, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale may be returned for exchange or a refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase or there are more than 10 items being returned, there is a 15% handling charge, after 60 days goods cannot be accepted. No returns are accepted on customized, sale or clearance stock. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post. No refunds can be given until return goods have been received.
Delivery Refusals / Returns
If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us. If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
